Coverage review? There was no coverage at all…
Recently, a young writer asked me to review her Professional Liability coverage. Within a few minutes, we were able to determine that the policy recommended to her by an online service actually excluded all of the work that she performed. She had no coverage at all but thought this whole time that she was protected. The automated insurance service couldn’t fine tune the policy specifically for her, and she had no one helping her through it to make sure this didn’t happen.
